Nursery Registrar
Location: UAE
Salary : AED 8,000 – AED 9,000
Reporting To: Nursery Manager / Principal
Job Purpose
The Nursery Registrar is responsible for managing the admissions process, maintaining accurate student records, and serving as the first point of contact for prospective and current parents. The role ensures a smooth enrolment experience aligned with the standards of a British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) nursery.
Key Responsibilities
-Admissions & Enrolment
-Handle all nursery admissions from enquiry to enrolment
-Conduct nursery tours for prospective parents, presenting the British curriculum (EYFS framework)
-Process application forms and ensure all required documentation is complete
-Maintain waiting lists and manage student placement efficiently
-Coordinate with management regarding availability and class allocation
Parent Relations
-Act as the main point of contact for parent enquiries (phone, email, in-person)
-Provide clear and accurate information about fees, policies, and curriculum
-Build and maintain positive relationships with parents
-Support parent onboarding and orientation processes
Administration & Records
-Maintain accurate student records in compliance with UAE regulations
-Ensure all files (digital and physical) are updated and confidentially stored
-Prepare reports related to enrolment, attendance, and withdrawals
-Assist with KHDA/ADEK inspections and documentation (depending on emirate)
Finance Coordination
-Support the accounts team with fee tracking and payment follow-ups
-Issue invoices and receipts where required
-Monitor enrolment-related financial records
Qualifications & Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
-Minimum 2–3 years of administrative or registrar experience (preferably in a nursery/school in the UAE)
-Familiarity with the British EYFS curriculum is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English
Proficient in MS Office and school management systems
